Terrain Flowers is located in the north Toronto neighbourhood of Glen Park. We are open Monday to Saturday.* Order by phone/online/in-person for curbside pick up, in-store pick up, or delivery. Delivery fees are based on distance from our store and timing (in other words, how quickly do you need delivery to happen?!). For your convenience, we offer delivery service across the GTA, from Hamilton to Pickering and north to Barrie. And door to door by taxi is often a great solution!
Curbside pickup your thing? Call twice!
We've been offering curbside pick up before curbside pick up was a thing! Simply call ten to 15 minutes before your arrival and call again the minute you arrive; we will happily bring your flowers directly to your car whether rain, snow, or shine.
On foot? We will meet you at the front door.
By car? Skip the parking and simply swing around to the back laneway (via Glencairn) for stress-less off-Dufferin meeting at our back door!
Parking
If the short term parking at the back of the building is full, there is the option of metered street parking on the south side of Glencairn, east of Dufferin and on Saturday, free parking is available on both the north sides of Glencairn and Hillmount, east of Dufferin and a two-minute walk from us. The west side of Dufferin, directly across from our flower shop, has metered packing all week long.

If you think you'll be picking up a little later than our closing time, let us know; we are happy and able to wait on most days (circumstances allowing, such as a wedding installation or promised end of day timed delivery). Quite often, we will be here well beyond 4pm!

* Extended Hours
Business hours are often extended into early evening or Sunday opening for holidays such as Valentine's, Passover, Mother's Day, Rosh Hashanah, and Christmas, as well as for wedding and event consultations and wedding and event installations. We are here to be of service and at times, that means increasing our regular hours. Call to find out more.
Long Holiday Weekends
Closed long holiday Saturdays and statutory holidays except for weddings, events, or when certain floral holidays coincide with the long holiday holiday.
Winter Flower Hours (January and February) and Summer Flower Hours (Closed all Saturdays August 2023)
Reduced hours may apply in January and August with daily closings at 3PM instead of our usual 4PM. This change of hours is determined on a year-by-year basis and we make every effort to notify customers by e-mail, this web site, street-front signage, and online order forms, as well as our voice mail greetings. Call to discover the possibilities in case you need to shop or pick up outside those hours. We are often here later working on events and weddings.
Christmas Closing For 2024, Terrain Flowers will be closed from noon Tuesday December 24 to 9AM Monday January 6th 2025.
Closed each year from 12PM December 24th to 9AM January 7th (exception: when January 7th falls on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we re-open on the following Monday, January 11th, 10th, 9th, or 8th) - please call to find out). Orders placed on any of these closed dates will be processed on the next scheduled open day, only after confirmation with you.
